I like this place at first look, View of Himalaya from the project is a unique plus point, Sales team transparently shared updates on multiple queries as I was new to Uttarakhand state hosing & Land rules.

Phase I construction quality looks good & only one thing which bothered me earlier was space between constructions, but later walking through detailed project plan & merging with Phase II they have taken all necessary steps in form of open Gym, Recreational areas, garden space etc. For me the Himalayan View is Everything and a deciding factor to book a villa here. As of now, since people are yet to move in, it is a quiet and peaceful place (of course sound of carpenters banging on wood and stone / tile cutters running their machines is a nuisance) Not sure how the place will be with full occupancy, specially in those 3 / 4 story apartment blocks However the location of the property is great

Himalaya View...project actually justifies this name. The project location & site view is undoubtedly spectacular.

I would appreciate the Exalter team to carry out the complete booking process without hindrance.
